Although rare, we understand that an order might need to be returned to us for a number of reasons. Please contact us before sending anything back to make sure the correct process is followed.

Providing quality products you will love in your home and specially in your barbecue is our main goal. We want our customers to be completely happy with their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days after receiving your product and we will be happy to find a solution. We will replace, mend or return for a full refund of your knife. Items returned, must be in brand new and unused condition, just like you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of sending a replacement product back to you.
Please do not send your purchase back directly the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- If you have received the wrong product or your item arrives damaged, we will replace it for you. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery is not going to be accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item right away. We will also notify you if your refund request is eligible for an approval or rejection.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Unfortunately we cannot refund shipping and handling fees and we understand that the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees. ​

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account once more.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially recognized or posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@elfierroknives.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, you just need to send an email to: sales@elfierroknives, that we will be willing pleased to send you all the information necessary to return the product.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, it may take a while for your exchanged product to reach you, it may vary regarding of the distance the product has to be carried around.
